As a former tween, I have a vivid memory of a time I wore a strapless bra to school, completely forgetting I had soccer practice that afternoon. Not. Fun.
An uncomfortable bra can seem like a small thing, but if straps dig in, fabric itches, or a band shifts around all day, it can become a distraction that’s hard to ignore (if you know, you know).
